Losing is not easy. Losing gracefully is not easy. Not giving up is NOT EASY!!Here’s me making lemonade out of lemons. Maybe we avoided a civil war. So let’s see what happens. Bring on the tariffs and let’s watch what happens to inflation.Bring on the mass deportations and watch what happens to too many things to list. Bring on the retribution. And then bring on 2026…There will be 33 Senate seats and 365 House seats up for reelection. We will be feeling the results of those quick and immediate solutions to high costs and immigration by then. Assuming Trump follows through. We the people will have another opportunity to cast our vote for the persons we feel best represent we the people. Stay alert. Stay informed. Get familiar with ALL your State Democratic elected officials. Come to local meetings. Voice your concerns. Share your ideas. Volunteer in some way you think you can bring value to the cause. No matter how small. It takes all of us to get things done. Sign up on Tennessee.gov to receive email alerts about upcoming bills and amendments. DO NOT RELY ON SOCIAL MEDIA FOR YOUR “FACTS”!Exhale, then take a deep breath and carry on. When we fight we win. Eventually.
